Good stay at Bentus El Cid
Ventus El Cid is a very nice resort. Nice rooms, pools and bar services and excellent food. Best food of any all inclusive resort we’ve been to. They have a good gym and access to 2 other sister resorts close by. Ventus needs music at their pools as well as more adult activities

This resort was very modern, clean and beautiful. The pools/hot tubs were so unique and gorgeous. The beach was pretty to look at, but not great for swimming. There was seaweed and rocks. Kayaks were fun to use for free! The food was the best part, every restaurant was amazing! The foodcourt style area was amazing and fast for lunch, so many delicious options! Coffee shop and gelato were great to have too. This resort does not have much nightlife. There are shows at 8 pm that were nice to watch. No dancing, not many young people. It was very quiet after 10 pm. The hot tubs were closed and started draining at 9 pm, even though we were told they closed at 10:30 pm. Some staff were very nice and accomodating. Some staff were rude. Our butler didnt exist. We kept getting told our butler would be at work later in the day, but they never showed. So we didnt get our nice pillows with platinum club or the aromatherapy until halfway through the trip. Thank god our friends were there with us and had an AMAZING butler (shoutout to Are!) who made all our dinner reservations and drove us around to dinner in a golf cart. Overall had a good time at a beautiful resort, but theres alot of rules and the nights are very boring.
