Regency Isle is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a large
white sandy beach and has incredible amenities that make it one of the
most sought after complexes in this area. The complex boasts indoor
and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, and
a pavilion with four natural gas grills and picnic tables for outdoor
dining. The lush courtyard is perfect for a game of Frisbee or catch
while waiting on dinner to cook. The fitness room has everything you
need to help you stay in shape while on your vacation. There are many
activities on the beach such as jet ski rentals, parasailing,
chair/umbrella rentals, and charter fishing just to name a few. There
are also many world-class golf courses in the area. Regency Isle is
located within walking distance to the Alabama/Florida state line,
live entertainment, and restaurants and bars.
This 7th floor well-appointed beach condo has everything you could
possibly ask for and is loaded with all the extras! Entering the
condo, you will immediately appreciate the high-end furnishings, tall
ceilings, and tile flooring. There is a laundry room with full-size
washer/dryer and a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with
granite counter tops, raised bar for additional seating, wet-bar w/ice
maker, appliances, and refrigerator with ice-maker. The large open
floor plan in living area with sliding doors leads to an over-sized
Gulf front balcony. The balcony has plenty of seating for everyone to
relax and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The
living area includes a sleeper sofa and the master bedroom has a king
bed with sliding doors that lead to the balcony. The second bedroom
has two queen beds. This will definitely be a place that you will want
to come back to year after year!
The owner of this condo also owns number 704, which is right next
door. If available, both can be rented for the same dates to
accommodate groups of up to 16.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season
(January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum.
Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to
cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be
made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights,
depending on unit specifications.

Quoted price includes a single Parking Pass that is to be used for the
unit designated parking spot. Up to one additional pass may be
purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office directly. Please
note, purchasing an additional pass does not guarantee the
availability of a parking space, as non-designated spaces on the
property are limited. In the unlikely event that all guest designated
parking spaces are filled, you may have to find alternative parking
for the additional vehicle.
