Great overall stay!
Had a great time here! Stayed two days extra after coming to PV for a wedding. Service was great all around and there's endless amounts of things to do. I didn't have to leave the resort!

Excelente todo, el servicio de todo el personal es excelente, super amables. En realidad hay pocas quejas del hotel en general, por la pandemia se puede medir poco, pero definitivamente volvería. Como siempre, lo único malo es la intensidad de querer llevarte a esa famosa plática de media hora que se convierte en 3. No fuimos, pero fue difícil convencerlos de que NO ESTABAMOS INTERESADOS!!! De ahí en fuera, creo que no hay muchas quejas.

Excelente trato del personal, lo que no me gusto fue el hecho de que insistían demasiado con asistir a una plática y que tenía que tener 2 tarjetas de crédito, a pesar de que me negué varias veces todos los días me estuvieron diciendo fue molesto e incómodo

Deberian de informarnos por cuestiones de la pandemia si estan abiertos todos los restaurantes del hotel, durante mi estancia solo estuvieron disponibles 3 restaurantes. Adicional en los bares de las albercas solo hay servicio fuera de la alberca, estando dentro de la alberca no te dan servicio

¡Genial!
Una excelente opción para desconectarse un poco del mundo exterior y pasarlo bien en compañía de la familia. Habitaciones muy cómodas, amenidades y limpieza excelentes. En lo que respecta a las comidas y bebidas sin ninguna queja, todo muy bien tanto en variedad como en calidad. Sin duda, recomendable.

La habitación suite muy espaciosa, perfecta para familia Super mal que aunque se anuncian como un "todo incluido" se la pasaron sacándonos de restaurantes argumentando que eran exclusivos para socios. Al final de cuentas su " todo incluido" solo eran escasos 2 restaurantes por que lo demás o estaba cerrado o era "exclusivo" no regresaría !!
