Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Service was fantastic though.

The hotel was comitted to insuring guests the facility and rooms were clean, sanitized and comfortable. Pleasant staff.

Close to airport which was great. Staff were friendly. Overall condition of hotel, felt old and run down. Same with the room. Seemed clean but felt old and was smelly. Would nit stay here again.

The stay was fantastic except for the lady at the front desk on the morning that we checked out. The lady that was there prior to that morning was great. However, the lady that was there on the morning that we checked out was exceptionally rude. My son has autism and ran down the hallway on the 3rd floor. He made no noise besides his footsteps while he was running. Let me emphasize that he did not scream, did not shout, or make any other loud noises. She came to 3rd floor and very rudely advised us that people were complaining about him. However we had been out of room less then one minute. She must have seen this only security camera and decided to be rude. There is no way she could have responded that quickly to a complaint. After we checked out but before we left the parking lot we realized that we had left something in the room. We went back inside and the lady was on the phone on what appeared to be a personal call. We stood for a few minutes waiting for her to acknowledge us but to no avail. Finally my wife told her that we needed to get back into the Room. She responded that the key was in the container on the desk. However we are in the middle of a pandemic in those keys had not been cleaned. She should not have told us to go rifling through a germ riddled container. When we told her that we weren't going to do that she again very rudely and aggressively grabbed a key card and handed it to us. We were very offended by her actions.

Nice , Safe , Walkable , but only one restaurant , and one bar . The restaurant was a Mexican place with great food , The bar had a loud band and was filled with tobacco smoke . The bar was Called the Peecox Bar & Grill .

The staff was not overly friendly and the location didn't feel very safe. There were a few people just hanging out by the door entrance smoking and watching people walk in and out of the hotel. I didn't like going anywhere in this hotel without my husband with me because of this. Very few food choices around the hotel. The cable went out and we attempted to contact the front desk but was unable to get ahold of anyone. It eventually came back up but was unable to get ahold of the front desk. Also the vending machine broke so it made it even more difficult for food choices. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, Overall though, I wouldn't stay at this location again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Bad smoking odor in halls. Bathroom floor sticky.

Close to freeway, clean facility with clean room & property plus friendly staff. No breakfast because of COVID. Close to restaurants. Will stay there again. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great location, easy to find. Price was right too. A recommended place to stay.

I understand that the world is shut down but I wouldn't rate this as a 3 star hotel. The halls up stairs look, well, just really old I guess. Even though there were signs posted everywhere, the staff was not asking guests to wear masks. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but when I walked into the lobby there was a line of 3 men not wearing masks. Most of the guests I saw didn't have masks on either. My room was clean and comfortable enough but when you can't even get a cup of coffee at a hotel that is a problem.
