Right across from the train station, great breakfast buffet. Room was clean and enough space for the 4 of us. Staff was helpful. I would stay here again.

Staff was attentive, courteous, and respectful. Breakfast was included with my stay and that was a definite plus on their part. They treated me like I was family. It was a nice and pleasant experience at this hotel. Thank you for having me and I will definitely be coming back to Lion D'or and Haarlem soon.

Convenient location and reliable staff
I stay here every time I come to Netherlands. It is just across from the train station and you are in Amsterdam in 20 minutes, and there is a direct bus to Schipol that is also just across the square from the hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful -- they went above and beyond to help me out when my replacement laptop that was supposed to arrive at the start of my stay didn't arrive until 2 days after my stay. The rooms are comfy and the restaurant is good with a nice breakfast.

Located in a perfect spot- right by the buses and train station (and Starbucks). Easy walk to Grote Markt and all the shopping and restaurants. Comfortable and modern accommodations- super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The property is located directly across from the train station which made things nice and a nice walk to the City Center with lots of great restaurants. Rent a bike next door and ride along the canals and streets with the locals.

I would highly recommend this hotel
Our room was ready well in advance of the check in time which allowed us to get straight on with our holiday. The rooms were lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety in offer. At €8.80 for a pint of lager and a Bailey’s I thought the prices were very reasonable too. Lovely staff, great location. We would definitely stay again if we went back to Haarlem
