Lost booking
Booked via the hotels.com website, got to the hotel who had no record of the booking. The hotel did find me an alternative. I have no idea if it was the fault of the hotel or hotels.com. I'm waiting to hear back from both. Suffice to say I rang to book my hotel for the next night.

Scruffy dirty rooms bed like sleeping on the base and very dated!!! and very expensive for food and beer for wot I got never again.
