Rooms were clean and comfortable, but grounds were dirty- rubbish from an event was not cleared up, breakfast was very disappointing as most things were not available on our second day - including tea + coffee. Given the price of the hotel, this was unexpected- would recommend staying in a more expensive place and having a better experience, or a cheaper place and having the same experience.
