Terrible stay in a poor location.
Pretty terrible all round. Staff weren't interested - presumably because there were so few guests and it was the low season. First room was filthy with insects crawling over our towels and a couple of cockroaches milling about. We asked to move (not raising the issues, just so we could get a double bed) and the second room was a bit better. Still dirty though, with a towel which stank of someone else's sweat. The air conditioning was aimed in such a way that it missed the bed, so sleep was uncomfortable. Food was abysmal, with nothing cooked especially well for breakfast. We also had to keep chasing our laundry, which none of the staff seemed aware of after we handed it in. The location looks okay on a map, but the road you need to walk is busy and without a pavement for most of the way. It's downright dangerous.

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Great pool and spa pool. Location is a fair way away from the centre of Lovina however can organise a bemo drive up until 4 pm on the cheap. Breakfast is basic and if you wish to have dinner at the hotel, they bring the food over from the little warung next door.

Nice pool and rooms, not good wifi or location
The hotel was nice and the pool was pretty looking out to the ocean. The location requires a long walk to get to anywhere (cold drinks, food etc) or you have to haggle with a driver, which resulted in us changing to a more central position close to the dolphin statue. Breakfast was included and was nice with only a few options though. There is a nice seating area to eat breakfast in overlooking the ocean. The wifi didn't reach our room at all. The road noise was pretty loud and mosque prayers wake you at all hours (but much like a lot of places in the area).

Be weary of a man called Tele or something lurking in the hotel. He is selling tours or whatever he fancies and doesn’t seem very official. He followed us around and was pushy with things. We booked a taxi through the hotel and he then booked his brother who was incredibly rude and dropped us a long way from our destination. The hotel is lovely, just don’t give a random man any money, just move on from him

The hotel was lovely and well kept in most places, but the English language barrier was a little tricky as not many of the staff understand much at all. The beaches are lovely but I had my phone stolen out of my hand walking down the road by someone on a moped so be careful walking around here. It doesn't feel as safe as other areas of Bali.

Das Personalmist suoer nett und Hilfsbereite, jedoch ist das Hotel abgelegen, mitten auf einer Schnellstraße, was es sehr laut macht. Die Zimmer sowie Einrichtung sind sehr kaputt ind heruntergekommen.

La vue depuiz l'hôtel est incroyable. Le personnel est poli et agréable. Le lit est spacieux et confortable Mais : Propreté à revoir : exemple dans la salle de bain La Brosse des toilettes était d'une saleté épouvantable (excréments s'y trouvait dessus. Vieille. J'ai du la jeté pour éviter de vomir. Ils n'ont pas nettoyer la chambre entre les deux nuits (je ne demandais pas le changement des draps, ou des linges mais normalement un nettoyage du sol se fait.) J'ai eu un soucis assez important, et je n'ai pas été prise au sérieux. J'ai du insister auprès du personnel pour qu'ils viennent dans ma chambre pour constater le soucis car on me proposait de le régler le surlendemain, alors que je partais dans les heures suivantes (moins de 5h) Après avoir constater le problème, l'un à dit aller chercher son collègue, j'ai donc patienter mais ne le revoyant pas revenir j'ai été le rechercher. Il s'était rassis portable en main n'ayant apparemment pas l'intention de revenir. J'ai du insister pour changer de chambre immédiatement alors qu au vu du soucis cela aurait pu être proposer d'office. Bref. J'étais séduite par la vue et malgré les premieres impression je restais positive, mais sur la fin très déçue.
