    Disappointed. Bad and expensive experience.

    Terrible experience. My room ( under my name ) had people inside . How did I figure that out ?? When I used my key at 11.30 PM , and a lady said I was in her room . Manager didn’t answer any employee calls to understand what was happening. In the morning the breakfast was coffe and cold milk . The reason I pick this hotel in the first place was for free breakfast. Was 10 am and the manager still not showing up to work , or has an assistant to represent the business. If you want a pleasant stay find another place , or you are going to regret it .

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in the breakfast. They ran out of food and after questioning the service staff they said the supplies were not coming as they should. Our friend Shirley Spillers who we were visiting lives in Forsyth and has worked in the hotel and restaurant business for years said that this was totally unacceptable. This is poor management. They know how many quest are registered for that evening and how much food is available for the next morning. If they do not have the supplies to provide breakfast as is their policy they should have taken the action necessary to handle the demand. They could have gone across the road to the grocery store and purchased what was necessary. They were out of milk, pastries, cereal, toast, and everything. Their was nothing except coffee. People even knocked on the door and they would not come out until way later.. The management should be on top of this. Would the Hilton organization approve of this type of poor management. Shirley said as a manager they should have been on top of this. Have stayed in a lot of Hilton Hotels and never experienced this poor service. NOT even an apology. And trust me everyone was very disappointed with this poor service.

    Drive on by............

    What a waste of money this staff is. We had to search for someone to check us in for five minutes she was chatting on her phone. Finally checked us in maskless when the sign demands we wear one. No towels in our room and no answer at the desk forthirty minutes. Had to go find someone which took five minutes as they were both in the breakfast area eating. Same thing getting a ice bucket as we had none. No hot breakfast as we were told would be available at check-in nor coffee. When I found someone in the back office and complained she literally rolled her eyes at me. Another guest had a 6 pack of beer and a sandwich in their fridge, apparently it is to much trouble to clean it. DRIVE ON to the Holiday Inn accross the bridge.

    What a disappointment this time

    We asked 4 days in a row to get our rooms cleaned a d it happened only on the 4th day... My room was next to the staff room and the employees watched TV so loud that it woke me up in the middle of the night and had to call the reception to ask them to shut it off. Terrible experience there... It used to be a lot better.

    Not quite as nice as expected.

    The hotel staff was great. The room not so much. There was hair in the tub and the toilet paper holder was hanging half ripped out of the wash the mirror was cracked and the walls were stained.

    Room was very nice. Hot breakfast was unusual in this day of COVID; Georgia has less restrictions than other states, apparently. Staff also did not wear face coverings. It appeared the staff working at the front desk park in front of the building-- thought this should be for customers checking in.

    I'd stay here again

    Overall it was a nice hotel and if I'm making this trip again I would stay this hotel. The room was clean. The front desk staff was helpful. The only real issue was the lock on the door to our room. When we first checked in our keys worked fine. We left to get dinner and our keys wouldn't work and neither would the front desk clerk's key. She called maintenance and he was able to get us in our. These things happen. I'm not upset. The staff did a great job trying to help us out.
