Terrible Water Pressure and Dirty Shower

This was the 4th time at this hotel, The last. The water pressure in the shower was awful. The person in the room next door woke me up at 3:00am and talked on speaker phone until 4:30 and nothing was done by the staff. The hallways in the room floors smelled the dope. All in all with other new hotels across the street i Will go there instead on my next trip.

The hotel was very nice, and staff were very friendly. The hotel is also in a great location with many restaurants only a few minutes away!

Just ok
The experience was ok at best! The staff looked uninterested in helping us. Our check in was at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready at that time. They told first to wait 10 mins, after the 10 mins had passed, they told us to wait another 30 mins. In the end they gave us a different room after waiting for almost an hour. The rooms are very bright and a little bit noisy. Overall, good enough for one night and that’s it.

Great customer service after our late night flight and check-in! However, we did ask for a king room and got 2 doubles instead.. it was to late to change rooms for us so we just went with it.

Dirty with unpleasant staff
Front desk employee was very unpleasant and not eager to help when asked with questions. Shower was filthy !!! Lots of dust all over the place.

Nice hotel, exceptional bed and sheets. Thin walls you can hear the conversation next door like it's in your room. the water pressure is very light so that was disappointing considering the shower was so nice. Coffee in the lobby was terrible. Shuttle took 30 minutes to pick us up from airport.
