    Hotel con Habitaciones Muy Amplias

    Todo Muy Bien, El serivicio Excelente, la comida de los restaurantes muy rica, las piscinas solo la infantil tiene agua calientita. Los únicos 3 inconvenientes que le encontramos es uno que las camas no son cómodas, son algo duras, dos,el WIFI se cobra aparte y muy caro de $200 a $250 por día por aparato y la otra, es que no todas las personas con las que viajaba hablan inglés y todos los canales de la televisión están únicamente en inglés, incluso hablamos varias veces a la recepción para que nos apoyaran en decirnos como ponerle al menos subtitulos en español y solo nos dijeron que no se podía que porque el proveedor de cable solo se los vende en inglés.La playa y el oleaje muy tranquilos para ser Cancún e Isla Mujeres esta exactamente enfrente de este hotel, obviamente tienes que tomar el ferry, pero esta relativamente muy cerca.

    Disappointed..

    I stayed in the past at Villas del Palmar Puerto Vallarta, so I was kinda expecting the same or even more of this hotel, however, I must say that it was totally disappointed. No me parece que se descuide al turista nacional, que si bien el Hotel esta mas orientado al extranjero por obvias razones, no deberían perder de vista que están en México. Durante mi estancia en el hotel, nos quedamos sin agua y sin luz por mas de 3 horas, que si bien es posible que muchos de los huéspedes no lo hayan notados, para la mala suerte del hotel, era precisamente el tiempo que nosotros teníamos antes de asistir a un evento importante por lo que estos servicios eran necesarios. Ese día nadie fue a realizar limpieza del cuarto. Se supone que dejaban una botella de agua de cortesía cada día. En mi habitación nunca pasó esto y el día que lo solicité me dijeron que llamara “room service” y obviamente con cargo. Definitivamente una decepción.

    Buen hotel en la zona continental de Isla Mujeres

    Muy buen hotel con excelentes instalaciones y un muy buen servicio. La ama de llaves comienza a molestar muuuuuy temprano edo si, si se desvelan; mejir pongan el mensaje de No Molestar o los van a despertar. Esta ubicado muy retirado del downtown o zona turustica y hotelera de Cancun (y por supuesto del aeropuerto) lo que se traduce en sltos cistos de taxi, mejor renten un auto.

    Todo. La recepción en el estacionamiento, el rápido y amable registro. Habitaciones muy bonitas (me quedé en una con vista al mar), la amabilidad de todo el personal. Sabrosa comida. Áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas y como lo dice el nombre del hotel, lleno de palmas. Lo que me parece un poco caro son los precios de la comida y del bar.
