everithing was great breakfest is great staff helpfuul
Location is excellent—across the street from the national museum, and just a few blocks from Liberty Square. Short walk to Old Town and the Funicular. Breakfast was great—eggs to order plus buffet, specialty coffees, and even sparkling wine at a very reasonable price (I didn’t book the rate with breakfast included as I only ate there once). Service was above and beyond—one of the staff walked me down the street to find a tailor and translate for me, and another helped me hail a cheap taxi when my Bolt app wasn’t working and I was low on cash. Room was spacious and super clean. Small detail but I loved that they had real creamer available for the coffee in the room. Only minor downside is that my room was on the side of the building facing the gymnasium next door and it seems there was an indoor soccer match going till almost midnight one night—but bring earplugs or a white noise app and you’re all set. Loved this place, will def stay here again next time!
Great rooms and great location! Staff was really helpful as well.
Staff was very nice. Very proactive and helpful staff. Only concerns is regarding the hot or cold water. Its either too hot or too cold. They switch off the aircon in winters so if u are use to AC leave the windows open.
An excellent stay for me when in Tbilisi. Super service oriented. I loved the bed and my room. Location is perfect. Everything is very nice and tidy
Perfect location. Well designed. Comfortable, immaculately cleaned and always fresh. Really a lovely place. My only knock is I wish the staff was more communicative. During my visit there were overnight protests at parliament across the street with road closures and power outages. Management should have done a better job alerting guests as to what was happening. Those are are though, it’s a great hotel.

A very nice place to stay. Centrally located. Very helpful staff and good breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended.
The Shota Rustaveli hotel has very comfortable spacious rooms, modern elegant design, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast. It’s restaurant is also very good, invluding both local and Italian food.
The location is great and allows for a short walk to the old city and all major tourist attractions. The room was very good, the staff friendly and very helpful. The amenities are very fresh and new. We visited in October and weather in Tbilisi was 70-75F but the air conditioner was shutoff for the winter. Keep in mind when visiting. Our stay was very pleasant except that it was very warm in the room at night and there was no relief even with the open window.
