So-so
I took fmily room which is 2 queen bed: Bed is OK, aircond function well, door lock ok, the room just nice fit 4person of my fmily. The things that need to be improve are: Floor leaking in the toilet, cleanliness of the room+toilet cz I found too many hair such the room n toilet not tidy up, when I enter the room soo smelly such bau kepam, the shower heater not function well cz when u use the shower for a certain time, the plug will auto reject from the main power supply, TV channel not so clear even got fox chnel + axn chnel, they only have 1 keetle to pass around(this 1 not acceptable), the receptionist not so friendly and unable to attend customer's request in a good manner. Really hope this hotel will try their best to make improvements in future. TQ
