Everything was great, with the exception of a few spots in the bathroom and bedroom which were not entirely clean. We've stayed here twice and have enjoyed it both times!

Good Place in Ponca City
Place was clean and nice. Staff was friendly, but the hotel was so worried about COVID that they weren't able to provide the stellar service we are you to by Wyndham hotels. Breakfast was ok. No welcome drinks or offer of anything upon arrival.

Very clean rooms. Probably the most comfortable hotel beds that I have been in. Was able make the room dark for the late sleepers in our family. We sleep best when it’s cooler, and we absolutely loved the efficiency of the AC. We loved the modified breakfast and would love to see it stay, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, muffins, fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff was super nice and quick to tend to our needs.

We based pur trup on the outdoor pool. Arrived to find iy vlosed and full of algae even thpugh we called and staff said it was open. When we got there, there was trash everywhere, put sherts looked like the had makeup all over them, and the tub would not drain. The tile on the sign was falling off as well, which did not trouble our stay, but when the property is not that old, you would think they would keep their property up. The only saving grace was the staff, it is like they know. They were extremely nice and accommodating as much as they were able yo. Like the property only having 1 extra pillow for use for THE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO SHARE. Really? I wanted to leave but my kids were so tired by this time. It wasn't worth the hassle pf trykng to get my mkney back and find another peoperty to stay at. I will not be gping to another La Quinta again.

Was built poorly
I booked this hotel because it was the only one in town with a pool that was open. We checked in only to see the pool water was GREEN and gross so they closed it down. I booked 4 rooms for family one had a horrible mold smell-ones carpet was soaked by the ac unit. And one of the showers stalled bottom sounded like it was about to give out any minute. It was built only a few years ago so you would of thought it would of been a great place to stay. The only up side was the staff that was nice and personable and willing to help if you needed it.

Nice hotel but when we called to ask if the pool would be open we were told yes most Definitely. We got there and the pool was not open as was the week before that we were told. As for the hotel it was nice and clean and comfortable and the clerks were very accommodating just disappointed could’ve stayed somewhere else and went for a swim.
