Modern apartment stay with breakfast
Check in process could have been easier. But the place and stay are well worth the price. Look for cleaning fee and other charges on final review page before booking. You will be asked to meet someone nearby the apartment you are allocated, then he would get you into apartment and carry out checkin process.

It's a scam. They charge more than you expected.
There is an $89 cleaning fee no matter the length you stay. A $100 late check in or out fee. And many more hidden fee that you wouldn't know if you don't spend 3 hours reading there 100-page long agreeement!

Great location on Wall Street
Great location, nice experience with people who were more than accommodating to help with two families coming at different times and from different countries. The odd check-in arrangements worked out fine.

Look at the hiden costs before you book
it was great but not as expected, specially because the rate was not as cheap as intended, because they have hidden costs (extras), tv sucks because they had only tivo with just few channels (not even 1 news channel), and since it is not a regular hotel, one of the close rooms had one night a noisy party and there is nothing you can do.
