Very Bad Experience. Incorrectly rated 5 Star l!
I had to wait for my room for 2 hours even when I reached hotel at 3:30pm. Front office executive was rude. No bath soap available in bathroom. Water pressure in wash basin is like droplets in the tap. Microwave in the room keeps blinking and I could not sleep. Quite audible traffic noise specially at night.

One of the worst experience ever ! I couldn’t believe that till today. I had issue with my booking where i suppose to stay on 25 th feb and mistakenly I booked 24th. I contacted hotels.com and thankfully they canceled the 24th and did a new booking on 25th, so far I am happy. Suddenly the hotel deduct my card with one night amount and I thought its for the 25th. Arrived to the hotel on 25th and the reception officer stated clearly I have to pay another night fee. Contacted hotels.com again and they called the hote trying to fix this situation and proving that the cancellation is upon the hotel approval but the officer made his mind up. Didn’t allow me even to contact his Supervisior staying that jo body avlaible. Left the hotel searching for new place where I will be welcomed and it’s was Alfot Riyadh, very welcoming. Called the hotel next day asking for the manager and I left message with my phone number and he didint call back.

Large suites. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Very Friendly staff :-) The only difficulty was the road construction going in around the property. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank You.
