We went to check in and the first thing we asked was where was the listed safe? He said there was not safe. I then asked about the listed breakfast. He said there was no breakfast. He could see that my wife was upset and offered to call Expedia an give us a refund. We accepted his offer and left to find other accomadations. I am giving the porperty a bad review because he lied to us and never called expedia to process a refund. When I called ecpedia of course they say he has not contacted them and when expedia called him he dose no pick up the phone. I tried to message him through expedia but no reply. Now I know why he said he would refund our money because he kept our money and then could rent the room out again.
