About this apartment
Once you enjoy the breathtaking sea view from our duplex, you will want to stay forever!!
It is strategically situated in front of a very calm beach between San Juan and Campello, with limited affluence even in high season, but also within walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, nautical activities and direct public transport to Alicante city center (30 min by tram).
My place has been completely renovated in December 2016, featuring 2 big bedrooms with double beds and a top floor studio with the best views of the Mediterranean you could ever have. It has a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and a washing machine with dryer for your convenience.
The residencial complex is very quiet and has everything you may need to have the best holiday: direct access to the beach, big swimming pool with extensive green areas, gym, tennis/football court and different children recreational areas.
If you are up to some sightseeing you will enjoy the surrounding area of Benidorm, Altea, Calpe with their beautiful beaches and charming shops and restaurants.
You will reach the big city of Valencia in 1,5h, where you find several museums and monuments dated from the Roman Empire period.

Todo muy bien, me gusto que tenia una cafetera nesspreso para poder hacerte cafe, el apartamento esta nuevo y muy muy limpio, la piscina me gusto muchisimo y por la puerta de la urbanizacion tienes acceso a una playa para perros y al lado tambien hay una playa normal. no le dimos uso a la planta superior del apartamento-duplex mas que para tender la ropa que pusimos a lavar. todo muy bien..
