We had booked three rooms for two nights. After traveling on road for almost 14 hours we got to the hotel at 9pm we found out that they didn’t have our reservation. I showed the our confirmation from Expedia. They said that Expedia had not connected them. What? After a long wait they offered us ‘standard’ rooms instead of ‘primier’ that we had booked. They said the next day they will move us to the primier rooms. When we got to our rooms we found the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and stained. We waited for them to change the bed sheets. We had had enough, next morning we canceled the next day’s reservation and moved to another hotel.
