Would Recommend Vinnhaus and would come back
Would stay here again. Very comfortable and clean and centrally located in Natales. The larger rooms were in a building behind the main Vinnhaus which was nice. Towel warmers were great and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was simple however good.

Amazing Hostel
Really lovely rooms in central location. Can be a bit loud at times with street noise but not too bad. Great staff, simple but tasty breakfast. They were nice enough to store some bags for a week while we did the O Trek. Definitely would recommend.

Journey Back in Time with Vinnhaus
What a beautiful Boutique Hotel, one in which you can truly journey back in time. Erkka and David have shared their vision with their Hotel 1920’s vibe. The interior decor is of impeccable taste and music and food in their rustic restaurant is of a similar ilk. Loved our stay here, would have loved to stay longer. An earlier check in of course on our first day would have been great... but overall can highly recommend Vinnhaus.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay before and after our trek! The owner was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay was wonderful. We were able to leave our large bags there during the W trek in Torres de Paine. There is a restaurant in the hotel that had amazing food that was perfect after the 5 day trek. Highly recommend and would absolutely go back.

A well situated hotel in the middle of town. A rather eclectic decor theme ran throughout the hotel but that added to its charm. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was wonderful...a good nights sleep was had. Breakfast was a buffet in one of the 'parlours'. Limited but more than adequate to get the day started. The staff and owners were very hospitable and made us feel most welcome. Simon, one of the waiters, introduced us to the joys of Pisco Sour Calafate for which I will always be indebted...they're wonderful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was busy every night we were there so I'm guessing the food was good. There was some building work going on whilst we were there that was slightly disruptive but as we were out during the day it wasn't a problem; this should be completed soon so don't let this put you off. I stupidly left my laptop at the hotel. Before I realised it was missing, Erkka had a plan to get it to me later that day and put it on a bus to get it dropped off at Punta Arenas.

Very good
Backpacker hostel with pretensions. The private rooms are a reasonable size, but quirkily furnished. The only hanging space is a couple of pegs, but above a dressing table, and storage space is definitely lacking.

We had an excellent experience while staying at Hotel Vinnhaus before and after our hike to Torres del Paine in early March 2019. Absolutely loved this meticulously designed, boutique hotel. Attention to detail is noticed in the design. Unique, cozy, warm, clean hotel, even has towel warmers in BR. Restaurant had home-made meals, we especially enjoyed the beef panini....so delicious! Owners are friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Great location, highly recommended.
