Spectacular view from remarkable king room. Nice, new, clean room. Good shower pressure. Nice 5 min stroll along waterfront into town. Turndown service is a nice touch - a new, quality surprise every night (Chocolate, no ugly drink, bee venom face mask etc). No full length mirror in room but that would be the only minus. Would stay again.

Perfect quiet hideaway
Gorgeous property! If you enjoy privacy, this may be a good choice. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful crisp bedlinen. Tje bathroom was the best part, being large, with a separate enclosed toilet and deep tub. The area outside the room with a little garden and water feature was a nice touch, as were the gorgeous scented Forest and Bird toiletries. Friendly, helpful staff were also a bonus! Definitely my place to stay in queenstown from now on!

QT is a fabulous place to stay. Staff - excellent, location - excellent, room - excellent What else is there to say. Made to feel welcome, best burger I've had (and I've had a few), easy walk to everything.... definitely go back again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable QT

A Perfect Queenstown Stay
It was genuinely brilliant. So comfortable - everything you need in room. Staff were lovely. View was great. It was a really wonderful stay - and I highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Clean, about 10 minute walk from town.
The room and hotel were both nice. We were allowed to switch to a lake-view room upon arrival, which was appreciated. The room was a nice size. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to town, which was doable. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was (even a la carte), so we walked to town every morning instead.
