Sonder - The Circ

It’s really not an hotel .. no room service. No front desk person . If you need anything you have to call Sonders.. which is annoying.. the room was nice and small . Location about 5-8 mins from beach .. 12 from airport .. not horrible just wouldn’t stay again . Oh yeah pool was closed for a private party on Valentine’s Day

Dissatisfied with the overall experience, lack of service and poor facilities.

Hotel was nice but the room is small. All info is sent electronically, so there is no human interaction. That was weird.

My friend and i stayed 9 days in a suite. It had a kitchenette, washer/dryer. Loved the amenities. The views from the wrap around balcony were beautiful, The hotel location was perfect. Negatives: the floors were so dirty our feet stayed black from walking around, Poor service from the front desk. Requested toilet paper multi times, we ended up buying our own. Was told someone would pick up garbage outside of door, it stayed there and piled up. The views were great but was very, very loud outside 24/7. Traffic,cars,music,horns,homeless ppl in the park yelling, fighting. Construction across the street.

This hotel was so comfortable! Great place. It's in a nice and close to the beach and downtown Hollywood.

As much as I appreciate all the measures that are going into all hotel cleaning for Covid 19, our first room was filled with dust and certainly not detailed in cleanliness. I was super disappointed in our bathroom where the water flowed all over the floor of the entire bathroom. Poor design with a shower curtain made water flow everywhere. Our first night, heat vent made a ton of rattling noise. Our shower knob broke which made us have to move rooms later in the evening, which was super inconvenient. Our new room was decent but very noisy. The online feature to text issues is ok. You wait much longer for a response than if you could call the front desk at a “normal hotel” I wouldn’t consider staying at a Sonder again.

Bed us too soft and had neck problems and did not sleep well. Heat vent was in ceiling so while I was cold in room heat stayed up

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Contactless check in/out made everything a breeze! We had the balcony and was much bigger than expected

I had a really nice time at the this hotel. I took advantage of the advance check-in so pretty much got in and straight to my room without having to go through front desk. The rooms were very modern and clean, the beds felt like I was sleeping on a giant pillow.. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels but this one was great. We had a great view, and very close to the beach. Overall when I go back down to SoFl I’ll definitely would stay again.
