    Great Place. 9+
The room was clean, spacious and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. While at breakfast the manager took the time to make sure we were enjoying breakfast, our stay and the area. He recommended some great places to eat & a few tourist places. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Recommend, a 10 out of 10.

    Summer trip
This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip. The room was spacious and very clean. My only complaint would be that we did not have house keeping service while we were there for the three nights. I did call for towels and garbage to be emptied and the response was quick. Everyone was friendly . I would definitely stay again.

    Definitely would stay again
We had a very nice time during the current situation staying here, close to important things. Walking distance to king street and a lot of museums and tourist spots. Staff was great. Only downside was how you could hear right through the walls, made sleeping difficult . Even though the valet seems an added unnecessary expense, it isn’t. It’s a covered garage , well worth the expense as opposed to parking in the lot across that people recommend do to price . You will be much happier parking with the hotel. The counter people and valet staff were extremely nice. Everything was clean and very prepared for pandemic .

watch out for the high pressure salesman
Over all nice place. Small pool for the size of hotel. Breakfast was probably the worst thing. While it was buffet style, the fact that it was the same every morning or a slight variation wasn’t the total problem. The major problem we had is that when we were eating you couldn’t really enjoy the time because you had someone who acted like they cared about where you were from and why we were visiting only to try and solicit Hilton honors points and pressure us into buying a discounted future vacation. Once we told them we weren’t interested a different guy tried the next morning as well. Nothing like a high pressure salesman annoying you while your eating first thing in the morning. But if you can get past that the location is great for walking around the historic town.

Our room was infested with ants they were walking in our luggage, the last thing that I want it to deal with ants in my car and house meaning I’ll have to pay for someone to fumigate my house and car :(

We stayed at the hotel during the protest. The hotel is in what looks like an growing part of the community. We had no issues while there. Only complaint is parking. I would suggest some sort of agreement with the lot across the street for parking. It cost 32$ a night for parking at the hotel.

    Excellent service
Loved the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was great. The rooms we clean and fully equipped.

Great location but needs improved housekeeping.
The location of the hotel was great. However the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We asked the front desk for new towels, toilet paper, and shampoo and it took hours for them to arrive at our room. No trash service for the three day stay. There was also a $32 per day valet service that all patrons need to be made aware of before booking. Still a good stay but not up to typical Homewood standards.

    Breakfast
Room was nice comfortable. Breakfast was so-so food could have been warmer. It was just about like warm eggs and sausage.

    Comfortable
The hotel itself is great. Breakfast is fabulous, room is spacey and comfortable. The parking at the hotel is valet only and I think it was 35.00 a night! Ridiculous considering the price of the room!!! We parked at the lot directly across from the hotel and only paid 10.00!!!! That would have been my only complaint about the hotel. Location was decent. Walking distance of king street.
