The property cancelled on us. We know it was due to COVID, but there was no communication and nothing said about transferring or refunding.

Extremely terrible experience. It was initially understandable that Stay Alfred was experiencing difficulties due to COVID-19. However, they did little to accommodate early on. Eventually, they provided a voucher and when I tried to call and utilize - no answer. Now the telephone number is no longer is service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will likely never get my money back.
