A/C wasn’t working that good and couldn’t sleep at night . It was hot and loud music from a restaurant near by .

Friendly staff, very clean, noisy, weak internet
All overall the staff was the best in this hotel, very nice, friendly people but my room was probably the noisiest in this hotel. My window looked to the main road where the traffic is non-stop, I didn't sleep well in this hotel. The internet is even worst, I'm working from my notebook I need a high-speed internet connection, during my stay I couldn't work at all.

Good hotel, it needs additional care for more cleanliness in the room (we found toilets paper under the beds), too dangerous of window position (specially for children) and balcony too.

"In city centre with exceptional breakfast"
Check-in was good and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious but a little older style. Nice big bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower and warm water. Small fridge in the room but despite being at the highest setting was not very cold. Good thing I was able to get ice from reception. They had thin duvets on the bed which was nice but I am only 5'10' and still my feet stuck out at the end of the bed. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I have had in a long time. Note that the hotel does not have a place for luggage storage. If your arriving by bus you can take the tram to the Markantalya shopping center and it is just a short walk from there. Lots of foreign exchange places in the area.
