Very friendly staff that I have ever seen!

One of the best staff that I have ever encountered in all my stays in my life! Very friendly and went the extra mile to help us with everything that we needed! Highly recommended. They speak English very well. So, it was great for communication and they helped us book the day trip to Toledo. We did not know that there were heavy rains in Toledo causing floods and train cancellations. They advised us to go by bus and it was a great day trip!
