FANTASTIC MANDRAKE
SUCH A LOVELY TIME AT THE MANDRAKE. ROOM IS CLEAN AND FAILRY BASIC BUT BUT LOVELY. THE TERRACE AND BREAKFASTS WERE DIVINE. NOT CHEAP TO EAT OR DRINK HERE BUT IF YOU FEEL LIKE TREATING YOURSELF 100% GO FOR IT. WE WILL RETURN!

Lovely space & staff but there are better options
Overall the hotel was a fun experience. Although I’m not sure we’d stay here again. I LOVED the greenery but sound carries easily and early morning/late nights can be annoying with normal activity from the restaurant. The staff is lovely and beyond accommodating. Charlie is a star and was always going above and beyond. There systems seem to not be connected which is very frustrating as a guest. I had housekeeping banging at my door at 11:05 telling me I missed checkout when my account had a guaranteed late 1pm checkout. Another hiccup at checkout when they claimed I had a balance from the restaurant when I paid at the bar at the time of dining. Again, little deals but pretty frustrating for a traveler.
