Great Boutique hotel
Cielo Maya is a superb place to stay when in Tulum. Its a small boutique hotel, Top quality and very classy. Rooms are right on the beach... The food and drinks are good... the beach area is quiet...the water is a little rocky but not that bad. Right behind the hotel is one of the best Cenotes for swimming.. you walk to it in two minutes... And the drive to Tulum town center is about 7 minutes, so its not bad.

Every single staff member was absolutely kind, nice, helpful, efficient, thoughtful, professional, warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived there the very last minute. I was not aware of what to expect but I was happily surprised at the courteous staff and hospitality. The amenities where great and on top of it have been really great about answering all of my questions in an quick manner. Great views and big room. I would definitely come back again. Love love love Only concern is the way to get there, there are a lot of pot holes so beware if you are driving but those are due to the hurricanes
