Bad service not worth the price at all
We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious but beds not really comfortable. On our second night we specifically asked for our room to be cleaned but although we were clear and the cleaning lady waited till we left it wasn’t clean. Not sure why. When we brought it up with the desk they just said well she didn’t understand. We were there. She did… Even if they thought she did not, we really needed the room to be cleaned and were not happy. instead of apologizing and offering a compensation they were rude. We do not recommend to stay in this hotel. There is really no reason too. It’s old out of fashion expensive, and poorly managed. Definitely not a 5 star hotel standard.
