Owners hired great staff. Manager Karen is an excellent manager and cares about the guest. Friendly, helpful service and clean room all at a reasonable price. Constructive criticisms: Very little warm or hot water but temperatures in Zihua make cool water something desirable. I will likely return.

The staff was excellent, the room very clean and very centrally located There was a building next-door that was doing construction work in the middle of the night and they went above and beyond to help us out and move to another room when necessary. Anna and the whole staff is amazing.

I loved this casa. The bright, sunny, spacious rooms were spotless and full of character with pretty stone mosaic detail. Anna and the team was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans. Highly recommended.

The hotel was a 2 1/2 * so don't expect 5*. But - it was clean; a good location and the staff, especially Anna and Jessica were wonderful. They made it very special. Would also like more places to hang towells and clothes.

This is a small family hotel away from the tourist district but close enough to walk to most attractions. The charming sisters who manage the place go far out of their way to ensure the happiness of their guests, and staff members have the same attitude. They have staying here a pleasure.
