We have been staying at the Lodge for several years now and have always enjoyed our stay there. Our whole family rented one of the cabins last year and they are wonderful. The Lodge is looking a little worn and needs some freshening up but its still a nice place to stay. We will definitely go back.

Good, but needs some work to be great.

There were both good and bad options. Good: Housekeeping was excellent and friendly, quiet, easily accessible, great amenities with the use of the recreational center, bar on site, nice bathroom amenities, good vending machines, main lobby tables were nice, beautiful scenery with easy access to the park, multiple hiking trails and programs, electric vehicle charging stations, cute gift shop, nice indoor pool. Bad: Spa was out of service for 2 days, breakfast was sub-par, no ice machine on our floor, bar only open from 5-9 and was once closed early, multiple issues with keys, unfriendly front desk personnel, asked for a blanket which didnt get delivered until we called several hours later, shower head was not functioning well, no towels at the pool, no razors available at the front desk (out of stock).

the property seamed very secure. the lodge sets back off the Hi way so there is road noise!!. The the tub I guess was the only thing that I Didn't like, It was slippery standing up for a shower to me. my wife had no problem but I needed to hang on, getting in and out. I believe it was the type of material it was made of. watch your step.
