You can never go wrong with Embassy Suites. We were able to check out much later than normal with no qualms. Will definitely recommend staying here.
I had difficulty at check in with the payment. In the end the hotel charged the wrong card and held funds ( still holding funds) on the card I intended to pay with.
Check in was quick and easy, room was super nice and clean.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was perfectly clean and modern. However the room doors are very heavy and all night it sounded like doors slamming, so didnt get to rest well.

The room and bathroom had areas that were unclean. After asking the staff to clean the items mentioned for two days we gave up.
Dust, bugs, rude cooks, stuffy room. Had to pay for the air purifier that didn’t work. Remote had old food stuck to it but was in a plastic covering that stated it had been cleaned. Hairs on sheets, staff members not wearing masks although signs plastered everywhere stating that we had to adhere to the mask policy. All of the hand sanitizer stations were empty. The downstairs bathroom was out of paper towels. So much more!
