Good hotel but service is lacking
Hotel is very good but lacks a bit in terms of service. 1. Ordered eggs and toast which should take 10 mins to make but it took over 40 mins to come to my room. 2. On the final bill additional mini bar charges were added on wrongly. This is the 2nd time it has happened while staying at this hotel.

Loved my stay at Shangrilla
We like the friendly staff, comfortable room and the beautiful view. We were v happy with tight security 24/7. Toilet shower area tend to accumulate water. Perhaps during civil work, sloping was not done properly

This luxurious hotel doesn't even provide slippers, we have to walk on the cold marble floors of the toilet and part of the room, especially in the middle of the night, quite unpleasant.

The facilities were excellent. Great location. The staff were exceptional and made sure my stay was enjoyable! I highly recommend the Colombo Shangi-la. Did I say the staff is exceptional?? They are!
