    It is a shame this place can even be call a hotel

    This place is not even a hotel. It is a very large apartment with many rooms trying to pass as a hotel. There is no reception. You have to take the elevator to second to last floor and knock on a door. Hopefully, they will open which took a long time for my wife and me. We booked a room with a view of the ocean but was not given such room. If you are handicapped in no case book this place. In order to get to our room we needed to go up a staircase that moved once you were on it. I called it the staircase of death because sooner or later that staircase will break and seriously injure someone. It is a shame that this place can even call itself a hotel. Extremely disappointed. I have had bad experiences in my life but this place now has the honor of know it is by far my worst experience. The rooms were clean and somewhat appropriate but that is like renting a car and the sales guy telling you, "it has seats."

    the ocean view it is very good, but the place it is dirty and nobody care nothing.. even there are a leak at the AC and in the bath at the wall, shower with hair and sand front customer before.. , the TV it is not working in diferent rooms , some lock at your door room it is not working.. so. your suitcase it is not sure...even ...all the electronic lock room door has the same password...so any way it's not sure ... All it's a disaster. And it's a shame.. because it's a property with good potential... but it's dirty and neglected... I hope make solution to all this problems....it's a shame.

    Closet with a view

    I pretty much joke of a hotel room I could never call it a hotel room. The bed barely fit in the space the air conditioning was told to be working but it did not function so a fan was placed on the floor. It was the weirdest hotel at ever went to and feel like somebody's house.

    Decepção na estadia

    Não pode ser chamado de hotel. Eh um apartamento dividido em quartos. Os lençóis na foram trocados em 05 noites no hotel. O banheiro ė um pequeno espaço improvisado no quarto e apenas um cano para sair água. Cheiro muito forte de incenso, inclusive nas roupas de cama. O voo atrasou 30 minutos e quando chegamos ao "hotel" a portaria do edifício estava fechada com um aviso para ligar em um número de celular. Tivemos a sorte de encontrar alguém local que fez o favor de fazer a ligação para alguém vir abrir a porta.
