3 gecelik konaklama da sabah 8.00 de otelden müşteriye giderken çıkış kapısında iken resepsiyondan arkamdan seslenilmesi, çıkış mı yapıyorsunuz diye sorması (ki elimde bavul yoktu) Bağırarak bana uzaktan duyurmaya çalışması ve inanmıyarak oda numaramı istemesi çok utandırıcı ve küçük düşürücü idi. Bu hareketi nedeniyle bir daha gittiğimde kalmayacağım bir otel.

si je donne un mauvais avis à cet hotel, c'est principalement à cause du très mauvais accueil que la réceptionniste nous a accordé à l'heure de l'enregistrement. premièrement, elle nous a adressé la parole avec une impolitesse inouie. aucune courtoisie, aucune hospitalité comme si on allait habiter chez elle gratuitement. elle ne parle que turc ce qui est inacceptable pour un hotel 4 étoile dans une ville touristique. elle demande de garder nos passeports à l'accueil. chose que j'ai catégoriquement refusé .. je ne suis pas à Bagdad pour qu'on me confisque mon passeport. en résumé l'accueil très sec, agressif et dénué de toute politesse et tout professionnalisme a gaché mon séjour.
