Greeted on arrival, bags whisked to rooms. Excellent reception. Rooms fabulous. Got up 5.30am next morning to see the balloons. PERFECT location..on top of the world. Great breakfast after. Dinner in tge evening really good, local dishes too and great red wine. Cannot fault this hotel or its staff. Thank you for a fabulous time

Perfect stay!
If you want to see the balloons fly in the morning this is the hotel! If you want to book a balloon ride book it through the hotel, they have partnered with the best balloon company in town. Just a fabulous stay, breakfast was incredible, great little pool area, lovely staff, the rooms are so authentically cave like and it’s a close walk to town. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Views
I recommend this hotel without any doubt. The views are unbeatable. You have to walk up and down a little, but it’s worth it. The center is very close. Service is superb, they help you in everything, they are always there for you. They have a sister hotel, and their restaurant is excellent!!! They can arrange tours and the balloon ride which is the cherry in top of the cake. It’s clean, breakfast is varied and delicious. The room was clean, and the toiletries smelled great! Go and see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, great facilities !
I loved Kelebek - the staff were wonderful and helpful. The views are some of the best in the city. As the sister hotel to Sultan, facilities are accessible across the two. Also, the farm breakfast was one of my favourite experiences in the area. The breakfast is delicious, and the free tea and coffee all day/all night came in handy several times!! We stayed in two different rooms and both were absolutely beautiful. My only tiny comment was that the tvs didn’t work properly in either room, but you’re not there for tv anyway, so I’m not sure that would bother you! Plus, there’s a pool! I can’t wait to come back…

We loved everything about our stay here! Wonderful views and amazing staff and service. The co pilot of our ballon (turquz ballon) also worked at the front desk and he was wonderful and so helpful! The highlight of our trip was the complimentary trip to the private farm and valley for breakfast. this farm and valley is owned by the hotels owner and It was gorgeous and the breakfast was so fresh. If we ever come back to capidoccia we will definitely stay here again
