Very attentive staff made me feel welcome, at home and were able to answer all my questions. Hotel facilities are clean and in great shape. Room was especially wonderful, spacious and had a luxury feel to it. La Reforma Uno (hotel restaurant) has the loveliest patio- not to mention great food, drinks and service. The bustling neighborhood outside also has great street food at low prices. Many shops nearby to get anything you need. Always felt safe on and around the premises.
