The room we checked into was just as I had booked/expected it to be, with a “city view” - not a great view and the room was dark. I upgraded us to a “pool view” room - it was large, as was the ensuite. The view/balcony overlooking the pool and grounds with a small table and two chairs for morning coffee was a bonus. There were so few guests, no doubt another casualty of covid-19 (the impact is being felt everywhere - several large hotels closing due to lack of tourism). The staff kept a brave face and remained polite, welcoming, warm and gracious - always. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The traffic was daunting at first but we learned to move with it and through it. We hired the cab driver from the airport to take us to tourist sites of our choice rather than

Location was good.. staff were pleasant and extremely helpful too.. breakfast was good but should have varieties especially if planning to stay longer. Rooms were extremely extremely spacious however dimly lit. Hallways were dark too.

A very good hotel at good and convenient location
We stayed at executive room with pool view, nice. . Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. As a 4 star hotel, more toileteries should be provided, say body lotion and Q-tips, that are basic. Swimming pool is litter small. Other than that, everything are very good.

The hotel has all the facilities but I think all of Siam Reap hotels just cater for the tourists visiting the Temples. There was a lack of staff in the hotel and the limited staff were not knowledgeable. The one evening we dined in the restaurant we were told they did not have any white wine but on our inspection of the wine fridge we found 3 bottles. The bar was empty and there wasn't any staff in the bar and service at breakfast was poor. However, the 2 evening meals we had in the hotel were good.

Great place
The room was lovely, just like the photos. They upgraded us and informed us that a Christmas Eve buffet was included in our room stay, which was a lovely surprise. Every day the staff was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The only minor irritants(and really they were very minor) were that the hardwood floors were a bit squeaky underneath your feet and the bathroom door, while beautiful, closed oddly and when you have to pee, it was an uncomfortable few extra seconds, lol. Overall this was a great place and we loved staying here. Highly recommend.
