Our first night, my wife found roaches crawling on the wall. The bathroom was filthy and dirty. There’s nothing to wipe the wet/dirty floor. We used our wet towels to clean the floor and when we asked to be replaced, they just ignored our request even though the cleaning lady was just in front of our door.

Location was perfect. Hotel is a bit old but rooms are clean and comfortable. Infinity pool has a nice ambiance/view. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Towels were just a bit worn out, though. Overall hotel is very good and highly recommended.
