The rooftop pool and the food were amazing. But the windows was dirty the 3 days to look at the view. Exodus charged me 182$ a night but they were offering a St Valentin special at 100$ less which it was 82$. Very frustrating.

Great hotel in excellent location
The property is new, very clean and comfortable. There was a floor to ceiling window in my room with excellent blackout blinds for a dark and quiet sleep. The staff could not have been more helpful, from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant, they were unfailingly kind. Particular shout out to Rudy at the front door for being so personable, helpful with advice about Guatemala and assistance in getting me to my room. I'll be staying there again!

Everything about my stay was absolutely great. From the time I was picked up at the airport, during my stay for about 5 days and being transported back to the airport. The facility is clean, modern and the amenities are great. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Te hotel was clean and well appointed and very quiet. However, the hot water took several minutes to get warm enough to take a shower. Was the hot water coming from the water heater in the basement? Is that a drawback of being on 14th floor? Additionally, I requested a 3.30 AM wake up so that we could be brought to the airport in the 4.15 shuttle. No wake up call because the front desk scheduled the wake up call for 4.15. We woke up at 3.54 AM and had to hurry to check out and meet the shuttle (which was exacerbated by the hot water situation. Lastly, for the price charged for a room, the shuttle really should be no charge. Instead, it is $10 per person, each way. Suffice to say, I guess I expected the service to be a little bit better and I do not see the value of paying the premium price charged by this property.

Property is new and clean. Well located. Service was mediocre fro a high end property. One member of our party of 4 could not access wifi until the last day of a multi day stay when they leave her an alternative logon (despite her having no problems anywhere else in the country)
