Skyline Hotel & Casino

When I called reception, I mentioned that the phone was missing the top panel but I didn't need to look up extensions - just tacky looking. Everyone nice except 4 a.m. clerk when I called about water coming out of faucet like milk. She mumbled & said, "I don't know." I asked for drinking water, she mumbled again, said I could go in casino (really?). I asked if someone could take a look, she said maintenance not there until 8am. She offered no apology or other recommendation, she was difficult to understand. Everyone and everything else was great. Btw, my BMW needed service - Sunset Auto Imports down the street was amazing! Even shuttled me. Found out they've gotten highest awards in state for auto service (for good reason), look them up - and their reviews - if you need your car looked at, not just imports. The shuttle driver recommended the Skyline restaurant, said they have good food and has lunch there.

Uneventful, which is just how I wanted it.

The entire stay was amazing! The Hotel deserves BIG PROPS for their efforts in updating the hotel. I loved it all! From the easy to use fireplace 🔥 , the bidet in the bathroom (getting one for my home now), the extra large HD TV, the new carpeting throughout the hotel, the fridge, the large bathrooms, the comfortable bed, friendly staff and on and on! ZERO negatives! I look forward to staying here again. Thank You Skyline!

Easy location to just about everything. It is right off a highway, but its so quiet you'd never know it. The place was very clean and followed COVID protocol. The room was spotless, the shower was awesome, the bed was comfortable. It was a superb value for how nice it was!

Great service from hotel staff, clean & comfortable room, restaurant had delicious food and the location was perfect for us.

Service could not have been better. Staff friendly and accommodating. Security walks parking lot. Have stayed 2 days to 1 week at a time, the service is consistently good. Breakfast at 6:00 ham steak and or pork chops and eggs both were better than average.

It was great. I was traveling with a 9 week old puppy so he could stay in the room with me for $35. Order grubhub to get dinner.

Beautiful room, nice facility. But other than that, very disappointing. The fireplace, broken, actually a fire hazard and they could not get it to work. The small table in the room, broke as soon as we touched it, which was the only place to eat our food, but they replaced it fairly quickly with a older stained one but it worked. We placed our order in the restaurant downstairs, was told when it would be ready, waited an extra 20 minutes for it. One of the entrees was fish, so when we got to the room with it, stone cold so had to go back down and have the kitchen reheat things up. For a $55 dinner, it ended up overcooked, dry and tasteless. The manager of the next day said they would normally comp the room with all the troubles, but going through hotels.com they could not do that. So instead, they comped us a breakfast before leaving. It was very good. So overall, room was beautiful, just would not go back due to all the other issues that made our night very difficult and highly stressful on our vacation.

Off the beaten path, nothing within the immediate vicinity. Very quite and clean, not fancy, however, the rooms are smoke free and the food is decent and reasonably priced ( restaurant wait staff can be a bit mean and slow), but again...Prices are set at the level of service ( you get what you pay for)! I really enjoy the small but efficient work out area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly Room was very clean We felt our car and items in it were safe as they had security guards patrolling the parking area at nite. Parking was free and they had no resort fees which was a plus as was the price we were pleased all the way around.
