Place was CLEAN and STAFF were very nice!
Only draw back was place was hard to find.. NO ELEVATORS! So if you had a large luggage GOOD LUCK LUGGING it up to your room!! That's the only bad thing I can say about this place! Staff was A+ though!

Good value, safe, secure building, free breakfast
A quick night after late arrival in Manila. A bit further from the airport than I thought but that was not a problem, the GRAB (like Uber) driver delivered us easily. Surrounded by bustling restaurants, convenience stores and usual Manila traffic. Good free breakfast offered at a cafe next door. Room was on 2nd floor and windows sealed well to keep most noise out. Room was small and clean with small kitchenete but no refrigerator.
