The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The attendant gave us a map of the city at check-in, circling landmarks and making recommendations. At check out, when we had an early departure flight, staff arranged a taxi to the airport and provided a simple breakfast and coffee on the way out. The rooftop pool is outstanding and the bartenders did a great job. The hotel also provides a laundry service and an excellent breakfast with pastries, meats and cheeses, breads, butter and jam, fresh fruits, an automatic pancake maker, bacon and eggs, coffee to order, and more.

This property is close to the centre . Microscopic room, no room service , no coffee maker in room (it’s insulting in Italy. No door man to help with bags , or open the chain to go check in . And then park the car imagine you are VIP and drive 4 hr to relax with your family and no one is there .parking beside is deeply disturbing the guy wanted to double charge . I had to talk to manager and dispute to have a normal rate . Then front desk only one person and people waiting online , then room no coffee maker no alarm no shower gel they put body and head gel to save money 💰, this isn’t for sure not 700 -800 euro room -Room 3x3 meters , Air condition wasn’t working from in the morning and the night before we weren’t able to adjust it .I didn’t even want to be bother at 1200 my midnight talking and requesting again and again after to called the just brought a coffee maker , Total chip chip management non respecting guest as person , not treated well . Worst vip experience ever . Smallest room I have ever booked bak to the elevator vip room ,700 euro are you kidding ….

Good breakfast. Close to train station. Lights in room wouldn’t turn off at night and lots of stuff made of cheap material. Dirty location outside. Staff randomly knocked on our door very early in the morning with no explanation.
