Second stay at this unique hotel - special trip so went the Presidential Suite - amazing! Faultless experience

I have just finished my stay here, what can I say but WOW! The hotel communal areas are amazing thought out with lots of detail put into them, I especially loved the plants around the place. The lounge has free tea and coffee at your disposable and a ping pong table if you fancy something different to do. The bedroom was spacious and well thought out in regard to layout and making sure all the facilities required, personalised touches such as a welcome note and chocolates on the door at bedtime are a wonderful extra that makes the hotel feel homely. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any issues you have, a range of items are available for purchase if you forget anything(travel adapters for example) all in all I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! And will not hesitate to visit again!

1 st time ever in europe. And this hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. By far the best service best bed best shower. Wish i would have stayed longer. Will def come back.

This is a quirky, beautifully designed boutique hotel. It is spotlessly clean, rooms are exactly as the photos depict. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. Beds and linens were very comfortable, shower was powerful, toiletries and towels were luxurious. The honesty bar and free teas were a generous touch and the lounge is delightful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved everything about it. Blackout curtains were a godsend and the hotel and room design is thoughtful and stunning! We unfortunately didn’t get time to experience the restaurant but are already planning our return! Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing room and the hotel is very nicely upscale. We had a suite that was very nice, but one thing is that there are almost no places to plug in chargers for electronics. In this day and age that is almost a must. Also, check out of us (on the weekend) was at 11 am but on weekdays it is 10 am...a bit early compared to other hotels.

This was the last hotel I stayed at during a 4 weeks long Europe trip. And I have to say it was also the very best hotel I had the pleasure to be sleeping at too! The room was spacious, shower was roomy and fantastically designed. The bed was divine and totally comfortable. Little things that make your stay wonderful like chocolates hanging on your door and a special toothbrush container and an overhead skylight! It may not sound like much, but I had none of those things in any of the other 15 hotels I stayed at during this trip. It is of note that the check-in receptionist was very kind and let me check-in early and answered all my questions! Only thing is I did not have breakfast nor dinner here, as I had other commitments with friends. Would stay here again every time!!

We absolutley loved our stay at this hotel in Haarlem. Very unique with alot of character. Our room was a work of art. Many special touches throughout the property including complimentary candies, coffee tea cookies. Welcoming and functional common spaces for relaxing or meals. I loved sitting to watch those cute little chickens. This is a truly special place.

Great hotel in an even better location, very close to the train station and minutes away from the Centre of Haarlem, a real find.
