Located in the resort of Santa Pola 10 minutes from the city center, 50 meters from the beach. A 5 minutes walk from the marina and restaurants. At 18 kilometers from the urban area of Alicante. Very touristic .

Buen apartamento
El precio está bien. La ubicación es perfecta. Las tres habitaciones son grandes. El comedor grande y confortable. Por otra parte salía poca agua en el lavamanos y salía mal olor de la ducha, cosas de poca importancia. Lo recomiendo.

L'appartement est top ! Idéalement situé, très proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Le plus très appréciable est la place de parking (comme on est à côté de tout on laisse la voiture) et la possibilité de se doucher dehors au retour de la plage. Il y a un grand balcon et tout est très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont adorables et sont de bon conseil pour les coins à visiter et les bons plans (merci pour l'adresse des churros, nous nous sommes régalés, surtout les enfants).

Bien situé et équipé
L'appartement correspond à la description. Très bien situé : tout prêt de la plage et très proche du centre et de la Marina. Nous avons tous fait à pied avec de très jeunes enfants L'appartement est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont très accueillants

Superbe appartement et très bon emplacement !!
emplacement idéal !! Appartement refait à neuf, climatisation + ventilateurs au plafond, grande terrasse avec vue sur la plage, ustensiles de cuisine neufs, literies confortables etc.... le seul petit défaut : l'appartement au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur, mais on s'habitue très vite et c'est bon pour la santé.
