Property was clean, shower was good with decent flow but the property is very noisy at night. I could hear everything the guys from the next door did, the walls seemed to be made of paper.

Close to the airport, 10 min drive. Very clean, quiet , and the lake side/view a plus. Short walking distance to the mall. Receptionist very helpful.

Great stay. Very convenient location beside major shopping centre. Staff were so friendly and helpful, organising taxis, printing boarding passes, giving us information. Very impressed. Vending machine in hallway for snacks. There was a hair dryer in our room. Lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Will stay here again.

First time in cluj..for a wedding and was really pleased with apartment. Building and room was clean and spacious. Had all the amenities required. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Mall and shops across the street and 10min taxi to cluj centre. I would definitely recommend this place !!

The staff went above and beyond. They legitimately cared about you having a good time and went out of their way to help you. I’m sorry but I don’t know the name of the woman at the front (She is amazing). Loved the hotel, loved the location and most importantly the staff that make it fill like home.

Terrible service and attempted financial assault
Arrived after 10 PM after a exhausting trip across time zones, and the hotel was closed. I had to find another place to stay at the middle of the night. When I came back for the second day of my stay, the receptionist tried to charge me a cancellation fee. In other words, instead of paying for two nights (if which I used one, as I got locked out due to substandard customer service) she wanted me to pay for three nights. Her English was poor and she was rude. She kept telling me what I should’ve done differently to accommodate their ridiculous system. The only thing I should’ve done differently is staying away from this place...
