Standing in front of locked apartment at 12am
Apartment was nice and stay overall good, but unfortunately we, a family of 4, stood in front of a locked apartment with the key cards not working, at midnight, and had to scramble for 45 minutes by phone and text to figure out how to get access. Apparently the concierge had forgotten to take our credit card info at check-in and invalidated the key access. Things like that can happen, of course, but it was a rather annoying experience for us.

The room was large and quiet. Coin operated laundry in the basement was convenient The position of Apartment 040 was great being only three U Bahn stops out from the city. We twice walked into the city via the lakeside which takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
