Hotel Jules & Jim - Paris
Great location, but lacks amenities and space
There are many great things with Jules and Jim, but there are also lots of cons to keep in mind. The place itself is really clean and in a wonderful location, however the room is so small and without basic amenities such as an iron, kettle or gym, I would definitely expect this off such a costly and upmarket hotel. Other similar priced boutique hotels have had free pocket wifi devices available for guests, free bike rental and other such perks, but Jules and Jim were charging 45EU for a day pass at the gym - more expensive than a monthly pass back home.

Small but fantastic room
Despite the room is a bit small, it’s very clean and comfortable. I’d totally recommend.

Love Jules and Jim
Hotel service is 1 million stars- hotel location is beyond great if you want to have fun! Clubs, bars and restaurants 8 min away by walking!! Eiffel Tower not that close but if you jump in a cab it’s not that expensive. Love everything about this boutique hotel!!!! The only thing to watch out for is the breakfast- it was hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, limited pastries and a few other things that are not typical in an American breakfast so I would eat elsewhere. The cost is high unless you can be cool with spending a lot of money for hard boiled eggs as the main dish. I honestly ate there because I thought it was included for free -the hard boiled eggs made it not a continental breakfast lol! Back to the hotel - perfection!!! I will never stay anywhere else in Paris!! I’m usually a Four Seasons person and although it’s a completely different vibe the rooms had a super cool (not hippy - don’t worry) Bruce Weber vibe. If you want to have a good time in Paris stay here!!!!!

Cute, clean, friendly, but very noisy.
Perfect little room. Clean and comfortable. Street noise all night long deprived me of any sleep.

Very Good8.0
Nice hotel, good location, pleasant stay
Nice hotel, and the staff were really helpful. Good location. The only negatives are that there are no coffee making facilities in the rooms, so you have to buy a coffee from the bar area and also my room had no external windows - just ones that looked into a communal courtyard, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. As a consequence, the room was dark and I felt no connection to what was going on outside. Apart from that, it was a good stay.
