South Fleetwood was the perfect property for our group. Has all the amenities we needed, friendly staff and great outdoor space. Location Location Location 5 stars, we could walk anywhere we needed to go in the Grace Bay Area.

Jamal hotel service was terrible. He needs to be talked to. He was not welcoming or helpful. Changed prices on upgrade for us 4x. We even called orbitz because Jamal said he couldn’t upgrade, which was a lie according to orbitz. Our room never got clean. No one checked on us for fresh towels or soap. Nothing you’re basically on your own. Including taxis, no one knows where this place is!!!

Perfect Romantic Getaway
The price and location cannot be beat! The hotel itself is bigger than the pictures and perfect for 2 people. The kitchen has everything you could need and there is a lovely outside patio to relax after a day exploring the island or to have your morning coffee. We didn't use the pool but it was very clean and there were new lounge chairs, umbrellas and grills around it. I saw many negative reviews about the beach chairs however I disagree because the hotel came with 2 very nice private chairs along with 2 umbrellas which were perfect! The hotel is only about a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the town. The only issue with hotel was that the bed is right next to the bathroom which is a bit awkward especially since the door is a sliding door rather than a traditional door that closes completely. Overall I would highly recommend anyone coming to Providenciales to stay at this hotel especially if you want to stay on Grace Bay.

I like the property location near to the beach. The property didn’t not give much details about transportation fee from airport to office then from office to condo. Also we have to pay if we wanted to wash and dry clothes. Machine for change broken. Front desk people seemed to not happy every time we requested toiletries or something else. Please take my recommendations seriously

This Villa was right on the pool at the property and very spacious and clean. It was really a wonderful place to stay 100 yards from the beach and no hassle of a large property. This place made our stay in Turks and Caicos perfect!

We had a nice stay. Very quiet, and safe. Adjacent to beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes pans etc. It’s an older property, with a few minor issues. Hot water for showering was spotty. Some of the pool chaises were not in good shape. One a/c stopped working. Overall a good experience.

This place is a little hidden gem Our room- coco 6 was fine. We didn’t spend much time in it. They only clean mid week. So if u run out of tp or need fresh towels u have to manage on your own. It is steps to the most besitifil beach u will ever see. Walk to many restaurants for dinner or breakfast. You can’t go wrong here!!!

The property was very quiet and close to the beach. You have to go check in at a hotel close to the airport. The traffic controllers will call the hotel to come pick you up. The hotel set us up with a driver that gave us an unshared taxi and made a stop at the grocery store without extra fees. The cottage is really cute and has what you need for a comfortable stay.

My girlfriend and I booked the Cottage for five nights over New Year's. Debbie's staff put us in the Studio, which was much smaller. She acknowledged the error but could not move us into the cottage. Instead she agreed to refund us the difference. It took more than a week for Debbie to process the refund, and it ended up being just $25/night--when in fact the Cottage was at least $75/night more expensive. She never gave us a full refund. If you book this property be prepare to get the wrong room.
