Beautiful Facility Poor Services
- The Facility is Beautiful, Nice View! - People Services is poor, # Asking for single items like Tissues and toilet paper take almost one hour to deliver. # Calling front desk and they ignore your call, when you call manager on Duty phone the response is same lady at front desk. # the Cleaning boy do not clean the WC, and the waste was collected in plastic bag and leave near to the bedroom. (Provably is a give away or souvenir for us, I don't know) - Restaurant: The first day during breakfast, I hair was find in the Omelet, Provably another Give away???? # The variety of meal was limited and not many options for breakfast (We didn't try any other meal after nasty moment with the hair)
